The AUTOMATA project will develop a variety of innovative tools to transform the digitization and preservation of archaeological artifacts. These include:

- 3D Modeling and Archaeometric Data Tools: Software and algorithms for creating enriched 3D models of artifacts, incorporating detailed archaeometric data to enhance their analytical value.
- Data Integration Frameworks: Tools for seamlessly combining 2D and 3D representations of artifacts, improving the accessibility and usability of digitized cultural heritage data.
- Crowdsourcing Platform: An online platform enabling collaborative digitization and knowledge-sharing among museums, researchers, and the public, fostering community involvement in cultural heritage preservation.
- ECCCH Cloud Integration Tools: Solutions ensuring compatibility with the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH), facilitating data sharing and innovative usage across the cultural and creative sectors.
