Participate in the AUTOMATA Survey !
AUTOMATA launches a survey gauging how 3D modelling, non-destructive archaeometry, AI and robotics are perceived and applied in archaeology.
It’s survey season in the ECCCH ecosystem! Following the consultation just launched by the ECHOES project (see related news), here is the survey proposed by our AUTOMATA project. This one aims to sound out the opinion of the archaeological community on the use and role of advanced technologies (3D modelling, non-destructive archaeometry, AI and robotics) in archaeological practices today. Open to all archaeology professionals, regardless of their experience with these technologies, the survey is aimed at better assessing the expectations and needs in this sector and adapt the AUTOMATA work programme accordingly.
Please note that the survey remains open until 9th May 2025. We are counting on your active participation !
