Jana Kopáčková

Jana Kopáčková graduated Classical Archaeology at the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts in 2012. In the same year, she was admitted to the PhD program of the Institute of Classical Archaeology. In her thesis, she mainly focused on Roman agriculture, especially the production of wine and olive oil in the eastern Adriatic area. She defended her PhD thesis in 2021. Since 2017 she is working within the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb. She is the author of the monograph Olevm et vinvm Adriaticvm and several articles focusing on Roman economy and agriculture.
