Claudia Sciuto

Claudia Sciuto is a research fellow in Archaeological research Methods at the University of Pisa. She is an environmental archaeologist whose research focuses on the relationship between human communities and geological substrates. She enjoys exploring the intersections between archaeology and other disciplines, both theoretically and through experimenting with new investigative methods. She has a particular affinity for portable analytical methods and any methodologies applicable to field archaeology.
