Arthur Leck

Arthur Leck is a postdoctoral researcher at Archéosciences Bordeaux. He specialises in the provenance of lithic objects used by prehistoric societies, in particular igneous rocks. After obtaining a PhD in archaeological sciences at the University Bordeaux Montaigne in 2022, focusing on Corsican prehistory, he has carried out several research missions on materials from the Caribbean and North-East America.

He joined the AUTOMATA project in 2025 to contribute to the development of the archaeometric data acquisition system.
